McDermott Will & Emery to Take Over Former Heller Ehrman Space at 275 Middlefield Road

McDermott Will & Emery is reportedly taking over much of Heller Ehrman’s former digs at 275 Middlefield Road in Palo Alto. The business journal is reporting that it is a 10-year deal, and that McDermott is taking down 80,000 square feet, with a first right for the remaining 39,000.

Heller Ehrman’s offices at 275 Middlefield Road in Menlo Park have officially hit the market for lease. The space available totals 107,000 square feet and consists of 39,000 square feet in the building fronting Middlefield Road, and 68,000 square feet in the building to the rear of the property.
