		<description>it seems like calpers is rethinking every company they invested with since they stopped paying attention to their mission statement as the market exploded.  i dont know that firing all their investors/advisors is going to help.  i think most of this is just them looking like theyre doing something since they have little capability to invest on their own. </description>
