Tishman is reportedly seeking a buyer for 550 Terry Francois in Mission Bay. The building is fully leased to Gap until 2017.
According to Tishman’s site:
Built in 2002, 550 Terry Francois is a 6-story office building, totaling 282,773 square feet. The property is a state-of-the-art facility, featuring an attractive window wall system and expansive floor plates. All floors enjoy views overlooking San Francisco Bay and the CBD.
550 Terry Francois is located in the heart of San Francisco’s Mission Bay District. Surrounded today primarily by undeveloped parcels, the District, when completed, will include over five million square feet of office laboratory, research, and multimedia facilities. In addition, Mission Bay will comprise over 6,000 housing units, 750,000 square feet of retail space, a high end hotel development, over 45 acres of park and recreational areas, and the University of California at San Francisco’s (UCSF) new $2.5 BB life science campus. The property is also located in close proximity to the majority of San Francisco’s vast transportation network.
